Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Do NOT go here. I don’t care how cheap the prices may seem, it’s absolutely not worth it. I went in for a simple hair trim, wash, and blow-dry, and it turned out to be one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. My stylist, Dana, was beyond rude. Been going here for about a year, and had my hair cut a few times by a few different girls, but Queenie has been my favorite and done the best job! Supper fast, and always looks great!
I'm so glad I found this salon. Helen knows her trade - she did my hair more efficiently than any salon I've been to before, and the result is better than what I hoped for. Highly recommend this place for all your hair needs.
If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. I came in to remove a previous dip powder manicure, and they PRIED it off. No filing. No acetone. No soaking. Literally wedged underneath it with a nail clipper, getting my actual nail in the process. They did not shape my nails. They clipped it choppily and left it that way. CHIPPED. I didn’t even get any polish. I just wanted it cleaned and shaped. And they overcharged $30. That wasn’t worth even $20. Do not go here. They clearly do not know how to do nails OR hair.
I recently had a haircut with Queeny, and I was absolutely delighted with the experience! She is a true professional who listened carefully to my preferences and delivered exactly what I envisioned.
