I’ve been going here for years and usually they do a pretty good job however, when I went it today I asked for almond shape French tip. The French did part was good but my nails are 100% round. They are also uneven and different lengths. Some nails are sticking up while others are completely flat in the top. I went back and asked them to fix them and they re-did one of my nails that was much shorter than the others but didn’t fix any of the other things. I have been here multiple times, but stopped going due to bad experience in the past. However, I gave them a try again about 3 weeks ago and my nails were beautiful! So I went back today, only to spend 2 hours for a re-base and leave with multiple complaints and $60+ dollars paid.
