Twice I have had an apt with Cindy where she made me wait at least half an hour. The last one was May 2 2025 and I had made arrangements to pick someone up to go and visit my best friend in the hospital. This delay affected 3 people. I am not a morning person so for me to get there for 9:00 a.m. and wait 1/2 an hour was not right. I am not sure I will give this business a third chance.
DON’T GO. Worst place when it comes to customer service. I called to ask about a specific service and when i arrived to my appointment they didn’t have it. So I had to do acrylic which is double the price even tho i asked multiple times on the phone before I arrive about the price. They never apologized and they just kept arguing even tho I paid their whole amount. In a matter of a week and a half one nail broke. So i came back for a nail fix and i booked an appointment. They had booked an appointment for 1 instead of 2 (midunderstood fir 2 people). They decided to make the time to take me and created a beautiful marble design as asked. very satisfied
