I walked in and asked if they had available the young lady told me yes, I walked back in and the owner came storming with a loud tone yelling that they are not taking no one else. Which is understood. It’s not what you say however it’s how you say it. I will NEVER COME BACK. Poor customer service. Don’t spend your money here!

Horrible they gave me an older lady she did a half job on my feet barley getting any dead skin off from around my toes, she kept stopping and talking barley doing any work to my feet! This my first and LAST TIME here never again

We were greeted and had great service from the gentleman at the front ( I forget his name). However, the lady working on my pedicure was extremely unprofessional for what reason, I'm not sure. Both she and the lady working on my daughter's pedicure laughed, rushed our service and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. They were rude and the job could have been done a lot better. I've experienced better service from them in the past. That was my last time at La Bella.
