I called ahead and asked how much it would be just to get my acrylics removed, and I was told $12. When I got there, I also asked to have my cuticles pushed back, but I never asked for a full manicure. The entire time, the technician seemed rushed and irritated, likely because there was another client waiting behind me. He ended up doing a manicure I didn’t ask for, and while working on my cuticles, he actually clipped my skin and made me bleed.
