I never leave reviews. I went it for gel full set she didn’t file them at all. Did not shape my nails correct did a very bad job for $90. I told her I wanted medium nails she tried to tell me no and convince me to get short I denied til she agreed. All I wanted was medium square shape simple just color it came out horrible.

Customer service here is really bad—it’s like the staff gets paid not to provide good service. The owner is exceptional, but the staff is not. The first time I went, I had a technician who was a little rude, but I let it slide. The second time I went, I had acrylics done at a different place and asked if they could remove them and provide other services. The lady got upset, claiming that what I had wasn’t acrylic and that it was impossible to remove. I asked what we could do, and she got even more upset. In the end, she did ... read more

I rarely leave bad reviews but I’m very disappointed with my service today. I got a pedicure and I ended with two scraped heels. The lady was welcoming but she was very rough when scraping my feet. It was a painful walk home.

I really like this place! I'm super picky about my nails and cleanliness, but this salon meets my standards. Mimi is very caring, and I love how she does gel manicures. For the pedicure, they used a scrub and applied a gel on the back of my feet, followed by a foot massage. Mimi also gave me a quick massage on my back and hands. I absolutely love this place!
