Bought a Groupon SundayJune 23 for my mother she went in to make an appointment Thursday June 28th. The refused her service. Said they didn't have a nail tech on staff.....then offered her other service (out of her pocket). Very unprofessional. PS.telling my mom Groupon will just refund my money is false. I have to contact them wait for them to give me a credit. And find some other service that groupon offers.
I was given a surprise gift for my birthday for a manicure & pedicure which was purchased through Groupon. I went in to make an appt only to be told they had no nail tech on staff any longer and my daughter should have been refunded. Welll doesnt work that way. She has not been refunded... I would think they would be hiring a New nail tech in near future as they advertise these services in a book. ( and gave me one) and still have an add on groupon. RecommendedAmanda was our stylist and she did amazing work. My mom and I both had our hair done by her and she was so kind and considerate with my mom. She did a cut and full highlights with a glaze on both of us and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
This is the best Spa in Ormond/Daytona by far!! And Im not just saying that because they pampered me and my girls the day of my wedding. The ladies here are just wonderful and they turned all of our sleepy/stressed faces into masterpieces! They were absolutely wonderful and even though I am located in Orlando I have every intention of coming back to have these beautiful ladies help me look perfect again. These ladies are phenomenal at what they do! They each specialize in different services that they have mastered, and together they are a beauty powerhouse! If you want to be pampered, spoiled and leave feeling refreshed and BEAUTIFUL, you should absolutely give La Bella a visit!
I am from out of town and took a risk, let me tell you I’m sure happy I did!! What a great job Amanda did and the salon is so adorable, not to mention everyone there was so nice. I wish I could come back!! If your looking for a wonderful experience with affordable price I recommend La Bella Day Spa
I've been to Ilan a couple of times and find her pedicures to be absolutely wonderful. My legs and feet feel great and the polish is impeccable.
Ilan is amazing, and I will be coming back. Lovely wine, beautiful salon and she did a superb job. My nails say thank you!
