Don't do it. I suspect the owner Michele Lafayette is a pathological liar. My consignment items disappeared within a day after I took them in. When I methodically followed up with Michele she made excuses. She consistently told me to be patient while she hired new people, because she had so much inventory and professed that personal changes were not keeping up with incoming merchandise. This store "couldn't find" the fur that I brought in for consignment. The owner, Michelle, refused to take my calls & refused to compensate me in any way. What business treats a customer like that? I am now out a $1500 fur coat. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Totally agree with everything Connie said on her review!
I took a large number of items in January 2016, I was told that it would be 6 weeks before the items could be priced. I called in March, I was advised to call back in April. When I called in April I was told that my items were still not priced. I asked if I should just come pick them up if they were too busy but I wad told they would have my items completely done by the end of May. In fact, I was promised no later than Memorial Day. I dropped clothes off in December and was told they would be entered into the system within the week and I could find my items in my account. My fault for not asking for a receipt. Three attempts to log in to my account and when I finally was able to, nothing was there. I emailed the manager several times in March and got lame responses from other staff as to why my items weren't showing.
