I drove 2 hours from melfort for a couples facial, I called in advance they said they had my appointment booked when I arrived she only had one staff working. She wanted to know what cream I use on my face when I told them they said they can’t do it and sent me home. Don’t you think that’s a question you should ask before someone arrives? I knew it was fine cause I’ve had tons of facials in the past and have used this lotion for years but I could already tell she had no idea what she was doing and no desire do to our facial.... read more

Arrived for my appointment - no one to be found, door locked, called the phone number 5 times? Bewildered. Would not book again or trust this place :(
