I have given this nail salon multiple chances, but after repeated awful experiences, I won’t be returning or recommending. Every appointment I’ve had here has been disappointing. The technicians are consistently late, which is frustrating when you’ve scheduled your day around an appointment. Shop struggles with professionalism, punctuality, and communication. Wife had similar experience of other review about employees not showing up on time for scheduled appointments but still trying to charge a cancellation fee if you try and leave even after waiting for them past your appointment to show up. Expect to spend a significant amount of time and money here due to their issues with punctuality and communication.

I had booked with them for my nails. My appointment was at 9am and i get call from them at 8:30am telling me they can’t make my appointment because the person who was going to do my nails her car broke down. She said she can take me in different day but i was traveling next day.. after sometime, she text me again saying that she was able to get a ride and I can come in, but at that point I was already at a different location, getting my nails done because I had back to back appointment due to my travel. Favorite spot for nails. Very friendly & aesthetic. Highly recommend Stephanie for any "pinterest nails" or nail art you're trying to achieve ( I'm a terrible nail biter cuticles & all, by the time she was done you could never tell) & Emily for a pedicure that makes you feel brand new. Both pay great attention to detail & take the time to meet your needs & make sure you leave happy.
