I understand this is affordable housing, PHA,section8, Government based public housing however it shouldn’t be an excuse to be poorly repaired,there’s rodents, insects, street walkers. inadequate space for teenagers growing. neighbors are not all great the crime rate is up more in this area and everything In the apts look like they are leaning forward due to the flooring. I almost DIED from a disease from 2 HUGE rats that nobody didn't nothing about! And I have a 1 yard old little boy and 2 yr old little girl living with rat feces, urine, roaches, fleas, flies etc. I have spent so much money and all kinds of disinfecting and pests cleaners. And there is multiple cracks in my ceiling looks like my ceiling is going to fall through, the toilets get clogged and don't flush right very easily. Brandi is the most unprofessional and rudest property manager to date, the word is she's already had many complaints and is on the verge of getting let go. These people have children around 5 years old knowing about being evicted and homeless since she likes to be crooked and find ways to fail tenants house keeping inspections before setting foot inside the units, then telling everyone if you can't be clean you don't deserve to live here. Please do not move in la armada II. I too ignored all the reviews and thought this was a good deal. They have rats and roaches. I’ve literally seen both and I have not been here a whole month. When first looking at the apartment I chose, I asked if they had rodents and roaches and the lady who showed me the apartment flat out lied and said no. They do. I’ve also had lots of maintenance issues as well. The worst thing I’ve ever ever did in life is moved here. I could’ve stayed in Houston for this.

Thry dont fix anything but want to be doing inspections all the time. Get those annoying tags for a mop left out when freaking other apts have a mess. Thr landlords are all mean n disrespectful.
