I understand this is affordable housing, PHA,section8, Government based public housing however it shouldn’t be an excuse to be poorly repaired,there’s rodents, insects, street walkers. inadequate space for teenagers growing. neighbors are not all great the crime rate is up more in this area and everything In the apts look like they are leaning forward due to the flooring. Brandi is the most unprofessional and rudest property manager to date, the word is she's already had many complaints and is on the verge of getting let go. These people have children around 5 years old knowing about being evicted and homeless since she likes to be crooked and find ways to fail tenants house keeping inspections before setting foot inside the units, then telling everyone if you can't be clean you don't deserve to live here. The place doesn't follow protocols ignoring important things that should be taken serious the property management is trash .. rats invading my space and don't bother putting in maintenance requests totally ignored.beatric is the best in office no doubt!
Please do not move in la armada II. I too ignored all the reviews and thought this was a good deal. They have rats and roaches. I’ve literally seen both and I have not been here a whole month. When first looking at the apartment I chose, I asked if they had rodents and roaches and the lady who showed me the apartment flat out lied and said no. They do. I’ve also had lots of maintenance issues as well. The worst thing I’ve ever ever did in life is moved here. I could’ve stayed in Houston for this.
