The kindness, sincerity, knowledge, and professionalism that they both offer is what made my stay so comfortable. Horrible experience here. I was admitted here about a year ago, and I had such a trauma response here after being traumatized in other treatment facilities, and this place merely enforced that. Would NOT recommend at all. Food was awful, the dining room was freezing, patients were placed in the wrong unit and often had to be transferred, staff were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful, zero actual therapy, I could go on.
Tremendous establishment! The staff truly cares. Trust the process.
