I absolutely adore living here!! It is an amazing location being near the university but also not to close so you get a nice space without all the noise.
I lived in a studio unit at L6 for 3 years during grad school at the U of A and I was very happy with my experience. Management was accommodating and responsive to any requests I had. The apartment complex itself was kept well maintained and is located within walking distance of the U of A, 4th Ave. and Time Market. You can't beat the price for the location, especially as a student. I would highly recommend living at L6 or renting from Bright Properties in general.
I have lived here for the past year and I love the apartment building. There is a small but nice gym, a large pool, area for barbecuing, and the landlord is very flexible and nice. The only thing I would say is that there should be better security features such as cameras around the building. L6 is near a sketchy circle K, for those getting home late it would leave a peace of mind. Other than that it is a fantastic affordable place to live.
Living here is a right decision for me because it’s close to UA school and Tucson tram (less than 10 mins of walking). The manager is very responsive and communicate well to my requests or concerns. They also keep up with the maintenance 👍
The L6 apartments are a great place to live. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the street car line, several restaurants, the university, and downtown. This apartment complex is well maintained, and the management team is friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!
