Update: I am now in my 4th year of living at L6 and the experience has been consistently positive. Tricia and Joleen are wonderful, responsible, and responsive property managers who truly care about their tenants. The property is well cared for and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Bright Properties and L6! We have not needed many repairs or maintenance, but our experience with the maintenance worker, Nick, has been excellent. Being a student at UofA, the location is very convenient as it is close to the campus. I can either walk or bike there depending on my mood. This place is super quiet, and all the neighbors seem nice and respectful.
I've lived at L6 (managed by Bright Properties) for a few months now and I would definitely recommend it, or any of the other Bright Properties. L6 is in a great neighborhood and it walkable to downtown or the U of A. Its also close to a tram stop. Management is also very quick to reply to messages!
This is a great place to live! Easy to get downtown or to the university using the streetcar. Place had been cleaned and painted before move in. Management is very responsive about issues and seems genuinely interested in tenant retention. Plus the view of the sunsets or storms from the second floor is great!
Bright Properties Management has been responsive and communicative throughout my time living here. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. Even during larger projects, they’ve been thoughtful about keeping residents informed and supported. Overall, it’s been a well-managed living experience.
