I've had a very difficult time finding a good commercial broker who had any value for my time or understood how to move at the pace I move. Rebecca Thessen was recommended by one of my good friends who is a real estate agent and I'm very thankful that he introduced us. She has found multiple properties for us, subleased one of our old spaces, and just closed a deal I didn't think we had a shot at. Best out there IMHO
