If you enjoy being made a fool and having someone take advantage of you, by all means, go to L2 Technologies. I paid $300 for a hard drive repair on my 13-inch MacBook Pro in May. In July the problem returned. I took it back and was told I now needed a battery. Brought the laptop home and arranged direct service with Apple because I was feeling uneasy. THEY LIED TO ME! I recently took my MacBook Pro into L2 technologies for a black screen problem. They told me it had catastrophic damage and the "mother board" was wiped out. They said replacement would cost $900 plus labor or I could buy a computer from them...I took my computer home & turned it on. It worked perfectly!!! Had I left it with them it would have cost me over $1000 needlessly. I filed a complaint with Apple Inc.

I reciently purchased a power cord for my Mac Book Pro. I found them to be very efficent, call when the part arrived and verified that the computer would work prior to buying the cord.
