The level of service post closing has been lacking. The seller involved in this transaction misrepresented the property which has cost us thousands of dollars we weren’t expecting. L. Wilson Realty represented us (the buyer) and the seller. We have received no assistance in trying to mediate the situation with the seller. L. Wilson Realty has not represented our interests. This has been an unfortunate turn of events.
