Was excited to outfit my new Honda Talon 1000R with this company's parts. Received the rear High clearance Radius rods, opened the box and noticed a terrible powder coating job! Missing paint where the parts were hung. Then I noticed metal shavings around the bushings where they were pressed in. Tried to contact them and nothing. Left a review on there site just to see they hide reviews they don't want people to see. So went to install them and they didn't put the bushing kit in the box?? Very fast shipping! I ordered my 4 seater tree kickers WITH powder coat on April 2nd and received them April 8th. When I received them I noticed the box was damaged in multiple spots so I immediately took pictures (I know they’re not to blame for the way things are handled during shipping) of the box and while unpacking. I noticed a few spots of powder that weren’t perfect so i sent in pictures and they made things right with me by refunding some money back.
