Definitely a great product, completely forgot about lifetime warranty. Put a banana bend in my upper A-Arm and sheared off the bolts and it still stayed together. Called to order a new one and the woman on the other end reminded me that there was a lifetime warranty. Shipped one out to me within a week with no additional fees besides shipping.
Best radius rods made, We've got them on 2 of our SXSs and they take some serious abuse.
i set up as a dealer with this company (5000$ buy in) and its been nothing but problems with there product. first thing we get is a full high clearance kit for a Polaris turbo r and nothing fit correctly. holes where drilled to the wrong size, shock brackets where welded on in incorrect locations. there is rubbing on the stock tires and rims on the upper control arms. the tie rod hits the sway bar links it is a nightmare and as a shop owner i expect some kind of help or guidance to there product but i get nothing. i have mad... read more
I ordered trailing arms for my 2020 Pro XP from them on July 24th, and still have not received them. I have sent several emails inquiring as to the status, and it’s always, “They’ll be shipped within a few days, or next week,” and that’s if I get a response. I finally got an update that they had made a shipping label this past Tuesday, 8/26, giving me a small glimmer of hope. As of today, 8/30, it still hasn’t been shipped.
