Very fast shipping! I ordered my 4 seater tree kickers WITH powder coat on April 2nd and received them April 8th. When I received them I noticed the box was damaged in multiple spots so I immediately took pictures (I know they’re not to blame for the way things are handled during shipping) of the box and while unpacking. I noticed a few spots of powder that weren’t perfect so i sent in pictures and they made things right with me by refunding some money back. I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered tree kickers over the phone, and right from the start, things went wrong. I was charged $260 just for shipping, which already felt excessive. When my order arrived, they had sent me the wrong tree kickers. When I contacted the company to fix the issue, they told me it was my fault—even though I placed the order directly with their staff over the phone. Great customer service ! I emailed L&W at 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon. I received a reply at 9:00 pm on Sunday. They shipped what I required first thing Monday morning. I have never experienced this type of Awesome Service !!!!
L&W quality control is an absolute joke. From the day I received my tree kickers the powdercoat was faded from day 1. 2nd after my 1st ride the powder was flaking off in sheets. 3- removed the bars for the 1st time after a year, Yes 1 year of owner ship and the threads came off with the nuts do to the poor quality mild steel the spacers are made of ohh and they are rusty Like they've been in the ocean for 10 years.
