This place is a complete ripp off!I hope that no one gets taken advantage of like myself and several others, that was my first buy here, pay here experience and it has made me never want to do that again!!The man that works there Travis Ellison is rude and unprofessional, and have seen him cursing a lady for no reason wearing a "I love my church" NewSpring shirt while doing it! I bought a car from them in February. Great looking car Nd very low miles for the year. Everything seemed great. Except all the rust underneath my car that they covered with black spray paint to hide it. I've had this car for 8 months and it's left me stranded twice due to rusted out brake lines and transmission lines. Very nice people but now I can see they are both very crooked. Never buy a car from them!
I set up a payment arrangement to make a late payment. I understand it was late but Sherri said that it was ok. I took my kids to school and made a withdrawal from the bank to make the payment. I stopped by my house before going to L and W and a guy comes to repo the car. I told him I had the cash and he said I had to call sherri. I gave him the keys with the intentions of getting a ride to go make the payment, since I had to pick the kids up at school in a few hours.
