They get a 1 star because I can't go lower. My daughter's and I have been coming here for years, the past 3 times haven't been the best experiences, but we understand off days. But today was the last straw! My youngest daughter's experience: We asked the lady if it was possible for my daughter to get my tips even though her nails were short, they said yes.
