I am very disappointed with my recent online order. I ordered three items, but only received the main dish correctly. None of the appetizers I ordered were there (pork spring roll), meaning only one of the three items I paid for was actually delivered. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that everything had been packed correctly and that the missing items were the delivery driver’s fault and I am lying. We absolutely loved our first visit and will definitely be coming back! Everything we ordered was delicious, and you can tell the food is made with care. The grilled pork and chicken satay are an absolute must-try, they were flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The Pho Nam was comforting and homely, just like a bowl of homemade pho. This is a top notch Vietnamese place. Brought me right back to my stay in Thailand and their street food. The grilled pork was my favorite dish and I will definitely be coming back for it. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort meals and food that is soothing to the stomach!
I would probably say this is one of the worst pho places I have ever been to. From an Asian standpoint, how do you make a pork chop so greasy and still not even tasty? I can make a better pork chop at home. And from the broth, I can tell it’s either powder or some kind of premade soup base — definitely not homemade. It has no flavor. On the other hand, my boyfriend said the pineapple fried rice was good, so I guess that’s a plus? But man, you are a Vietnamese restaurant with pho being one of your top dishes…
Came around 12:15pm, was first ones in the resturant. We got two lunch special which is a great deal for $15 each (1 drink, 1 appetizer and 1 entree). The deal is great however the food in my own personal opinion needs a little bit more flavor. The pho broth needs a little bit more fish sauce and beefy taste. We had the mango salad as an appetizer did not enjoy the sauce that came with it. Overall, if you’re craving for pho/viet food in the area is a good option vs. driving all the way to flushing.
