I had a scheduled appointment on March 24 at 12:00 PM. I arrived promptly at 11:51 AM, completed payment by 11:53 AM, and was instructed to be seated. By 12:27 PM, after waiting 27 minutes, I inquired about the expected wait time, at which point I was told, “Perhaps another 10–15 minutes,” and was asked whether I preferred to remain or reschedule.
