I’ve gone three times and they always say they don’t have time even though they’re only working on one person. They really should not have a “walk-ins welcome” sign.

I had an amazing experience today at LT nails and spa. Trinity did an excellent job on my nails, both manicure and pedicure, I couldn't be more pleased. She was quick and efficient but also very thorough, Checking often throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door and seated immediately. The shop is clean and pretty. I was offered some water and spoken to very kindly. It was a very comfortable and lovely experience and I will be back.
