I’ve been coming here for about three years, but today I had the worst experience I’ve ever had. The owner was very dismissive, and the service was unacceptable. The technician who did my nails clearly had no experience—she was unable to do a French manicure and had to call another person over, who also couldn’t do it. I was very disappointed, and although the owner saw my frustration, they showed no concern. Sadly, this will be my last time coming here. Very poor service.
I love my manicures from L & T! Whether rounded or square, design or plain, my manicures from Ivanna are always done to perfection! I also love the ease of booking online through the app.
The staff are highly skilled and professional! Salon is meticulously clean and comfortable. Decor is stunning!

UPDATE: Staff lies to save face. They did provide me a service and i am surprised at the audacity they have to lie and then say they take their reviews seriously. Also, its a human right to be able to use the bathroom. For a business to be this petty, they must be booming with business… i regret coming here and ill be sure to let my friends and family know.
