We recently had a great experience dealing with Bryan; he was very patient and generous with his time in assisting us with the proper materials for our outside deck. Their lumber is of much higher quality than the big box stores. Little to no sorting, knots, etc. Service is excellent. Recently picked up some wood for a project. Sales rep was personable, knowledgeable, and helped me load the lumber into my vehicle. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
I've only ever come here as a new to woodworking hobbyist but they have been nothing but kind, patient, and honest with me the few times I've gone in. I would suggest being up front about not knowing the right terminology if you dont know it, but once they know you need help they are extremely helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was making and if what I bought would work for it. Here's to another 140 years!
