Lst Storage CURRENTLY has a rat/mice infestation 05/23/26. They will not assist in cleaning or throw away the damaged items you remove from your storage nor will they let you use their dumpster. No one in the office will assist with information. I was given a pamphlet and told call the Insurance.
Love the team that works here! Their customer service is amazing. Been with them for over a year now, ever since they opened this branch/ store front and they’re always respectful and accommodating. It’s also right off the 5 freeway which is great for anyone who commutes up and down the 5, plus pricing is reasonable!
Great variety of storage units and very friendly staff. They are now a Postal Annex so they have a great variety of services. I actually bought stamps there a couple of days ago. They also have Private Mail boxes, not PO boxes, but similar. I use them as my permanent mailing address, so it minimizes lost mail, but more importantly, a safe and secure place to have my packages delivered.
Rebecca C is very professional and and amazing person. Super friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to another unit soon very well kept and clean. Will be telling all my friends and family. Best place I've ever been to.
