All the front and back office staff are very nice and helpful. Lindsay who did my cleaning was engaging and informative. She didn't push me to do fluoride as I didn't want it. Dr. Brody is kind and polite and seems very knowledgeable in his craft. They all made me feel comfortable and at ease. Plus it's handicapped accessible!

The staff and owner are fantastic as always. However, my visit was extended much longer than anticipated. I arrived early, but I was taken back a little late. They took me to one room and the equipment (light) didn't work, so they moved me to another. The polishing head was broke, so they had to get a new one. Scott had other patients to see, because he could wish me well. Having said that, my teeth were clean, I had no cavities, and they front desk took care of me in short order with some other
Everyone I encountered during my appointment from the office staff to the hygienist to Dr. Brody was very pleasant and helpful. They were very understanding of my needs and helped me work with my insurance. I can't say enough good things! I left feeling like I'd been well taken care of.
Each person I met was personable and explained everything so thoroughly! I've admittedly avoided going to any dentist for too long, but this staff made it as easy as it can be. I also appreciated how each suggestion they made to me was shown to me in my X-rays and presented to me in order of priority and urgency.
The staff was very professional and courteous Dr Brody took time to look at my teeth thoroughly and create a treatment plan that was good and thorough I am very impressed with his care and professional manner I highly recommend him and his staff

Fantastic! Lindsay is first rate. I appreciate the knowledge and care that she brings to the team. She makes me feel welcome every visit. There are no lectures and no shaming. This is the way dental care ought to be. This is why I drive out of my way to go to Castle Rock Family Dental.
