they don't know how to talk to people always have an attitude, don't wanna fix the the ceiling and it's leaking from upstairs to downstairs. They are money hungry and quick to get you evicted over lies. I literally had every money order and receipt and still said I refused to pay rent when I gave extra for being late. I only moved in because I didn't have no where else to go I would never recommend these people ever especially his daughter Alicia Smithson.
