I will update as time goes by, but just to start off with, the house he has rented me has leaks in the roof, 2 so far. the furnace, does not work. and I was told that the house had a fresh coat of paint on it, when I asked if I could paint it. I have went through a box of brillio pads, from scrubbing the walls, so far. It was almost a deal breaker when he told me I could not have my dog, and his mind changed all of a sudden, and I was told it was a 100 deposit for my dog, then it went up to 100 a room!!!! I was an employee of Larry Smithson he fired me unlawfully for taking my family to doctors he is also a slumlord he cover up mold he has a horrible apartments I would not let my dog live in the half way fixes things it is scary for most tenants I’m sure

Listed property as pet friendly and then acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. Ran a hard credit inquiry on me only to find out he already had a verbal agreement in place to rent to someone else and was using me as a backup.
