We could not have made a better choice than L&S Realty. We never once felt pressured over the 9 months they helped us. The level of communication was amazing. Their knowledge and understanding of the local market was reassuring, and they demonstrated patience when things got difficult. Once we found a place, they referred us to solid, local people who could shepherd us through the process. Buying a home is difficult. L&S made it seem within reach.

Lisa and Seth have been wonderful to work with, they have been helping us with our Real Estate needs for years now. They are honest with their assessments and what we need to get fixed to maximize our value. At the same time, they are very patient while we've been looking for a house with the current housing climate.
