12 days ago, the compressor in the AC unit of my new home fried and filled my house with the smell of burnt circuitry. I called L&S as they are covering the warranty and was told I would have to wait until the next week to get a tech to come out. I was persistent and managed to book an appointment with the emergency tech over the following weekend. 9 days ago, their tech showed up and confirmed that the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Ryan has been most helpful. He diagnosed the problem right after we moved in on new,high tech system. We waited a long time on parts, but of course that wasn’t Ryan’s problem. Ryan is knowledgeable in his profession and very pleasant when in our home.
