Rude!! If you are new, definitely show favoritism toward returning customers. Was looking for a place to have nails done after moving here will not go back. Purposely rescheduled a fill-in on a day they were closed after my third visit even after I pointed out they were closed that day. He just smiled. As I said rude! Was excited as my nails were done well, and customer service was terrible.
I haven't even had my nails done for a week and I've been back in 2 times because my nails keep breaking off. They refuse to give me my money back. Just wanna keep fixing them.
Acted like I was insulting their work when I wanted my French tips a certain way. I also ended up with a hair dried on my nail because the lady ignored me when I pointed it out. Got treated like I was beneath them. I feel like if I’m paying for the service I should have it the way I ask and not what looks good to them for a photo for their site
I have tried to find a nail place with good prices and friendly service... they did that for me went in for a fill and she listened to me and I got exactly what I asked for ...
