Ann Rust in the shipping department is quite a peach. She uses King of Freight which is another TQL and many anothers out of Wichita, KS. She will use another broker over $25 bucks. She prays on drivers being stuck in Wichita, KS which sucks. This place is a cheap fly by night company that takes advantage of drivers and good brokers. I have been a freight broker for 15 years and have never been treated this way (Like a piece of dirt on her shoe). Human resource manager was extremely delightful. She even made me a cup of hot tea.
This place is absolute garbage. I have never been lied to by any one or any company more in my life. I would never recommend this company.
Do not buy any blasters to clean steel rims or ovens to cure powder coating. After 1 month our brand new oven would not get the proper temperature, so we investigated all of the wires feeding the heating elements. The cheap wire that LS used was burnt and fried. The breakers that LS used were also too small for the amps that were running through the machine. LS sent a residential electrician to investigate the problem...
