Extremely rude. There is a language barrier (or at least they pretend to have one) I can't tell. Very judgmental of the living space that theyre there to fix and will carelessly throw your stuff around. Carelessly misplaced multiple pieces of expensive gold jewelry Go to someone who speaks English so that communication is clear. Also who had good customer service skills. There are plenty of cleaners in the tri-state that are reasonably priced with good customer service skills and who actually know how to clean.
L and S has been cleaning our house for years. They are truly an amazing business and one that I would not hesitate to refer a friend to.
