I wanted to compliment and acknowledge AnnaMaria Frangis who is truly the "BEST" in color..cut..and style. She has a vision and is naturally gifted and is a true artist...I have finally found after MANY years going to what was suppose to be the "best of" salons in New York City and in Europe and have honestly been grateful to finally find Anna from my sister when I returned back into the area.
