I applied for a rental property which was posted on a rental website and I paid the app fee, even sent paystubs for proof of income only to be later contacted and told they made an error in the rental amount listed on the website and rent would be $100 more than the posted price. I agreed for them to proceed with the app, only to be later contacted yet again and told the rent is now increasing $255!
