I highly recommend L&R Tire if you are looking for an efficient and trustworthy tire shop. My family always purchases tires here, has tires rotated, and tire repairs over the years. Its team of professionals will make sure your vehicle is safe and ready to hit the road as quickly and as safely as possible.
They stripped out my hub assembly and refused to own up to it..$6.00 for lug stud,and $15.00 for thread chaser and fixed it myself..they wanted me to put a $750.00 hub assembly on..if they had any sense they could have made it right for $21.00 but chose not to will NEVER!!! give them any business again
My son and I took his BMW here to get 2 new tires put on, balanced and rotated. They stripped a lug bolt and broke it off of his wheel assembly. Then, they torqued his bolts too much, 135 ft lbs. When they should've been torqued to 103 ft lbs. The lady in the office was kind and took pictures of his cars information, so they could fix there mess up. The owner refused to make it right. Made an appointment a day in advance and was sure to tell them what vehicle I had and what I needed. An oil change and alignment. Drove 40 minutes to the appointment and was told they couldn’t do the work.
