Lakes Region HVAC installed a minisplit for me at the tail end of summer (as I needed it more for heat in the winter than anything). Recently my hvac system quit of course hottest weather and worse yet my wife was having g surgery and would be laid up at home for next 2 weeks. I explained to Mindy my situation . Made appointment for service for AC. It was rescheduled 4 times and 2 months late. Made appt for servicing furnace. It was rescheduled 3 times, and they couldn’t complete service in 2 1/2 months, before I left for season. I WAS a 15 yr customer!
