Recently my hvac system quit of course hottest weather and worse yet my wife was having g surgery and would be laid up at home for next 2 weeks. I explained to Mindy my situation . I know it’s busiest part of season. Mindy got me scheduled and the great techs got to my house assessed situation and Will got me up and running day before my wife came home from hospital. Made appointment for service for AC. It was rescheduled 4 times and 2 months late. Made appt for servicing furnace. It was rescheduled 3 times, and they couldn’t complete service in 2 1/2 months, before I left for season. I WAS a 15 yr customer!
