It was a real pleasure to deal with LR Higgins again for a myriad of exterior projects. Previously they helped us with interior issues arising from an undetected dishwasher leak that caused water issues in our kitchen and finished basement. This time they needed to level our screened in porch, redo the footings ( which were undersized) bracing, and removed the deck steps which also were sinking. I highly recommend Eric Higgins and his team. They remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and the work is beautiful. The team knows what they are doing and completed the job on time and budget and done right. Eric and the crew at L.R. Higgins just finished replacing deteriorated fascia boards for us. We have an old house that requires a project each year, it seems. We have used them multiple times before for projects big and small, including for a kitchen remodel, and they are capable and responsive. Every construction project has its challenges, and they help navigate these with their knowledge and calmness. Highly recommended.
