I bought a spec home made by this contractor. They seem to have hired sub-contractors on the fly. The plumber, electrician as well as carpenter were all shoddy and I have had to have issues fixed right from the start. I'm the first owner and just after 4.5 years, there is a huge leak in my main floor ceiling and is going to cost me a packet! I know a few other contractors that are way more reliable.
