Hello. I called L&R on a Saturday afternoon after returning home from vacation. My house was sweltering and my upstairs unit had stopped working. When I called them, they were upfront and willing to come immediately to help identify the issue. Our technician, Rafael, was courteous, honest and professional. He identified the issue and the cost of fixing it... on a Saturday evening, was still less than my old A/C guy who charged me more for that same part that was defective. Needless to say...
