First time customer...wonderful experience. I brought my neighbors dog in who really need a makeover. Sandi and the shampoo lady were very experienced with all the dogs they are I give this dog spa a 5. Best groomer in town.

Absolutely love this place! I had tried to groom my dog myself and it didn't work out the way I planned.. So a friend told me about L'Pooch Salon and when I called, I was able to get in today. Sandy was so helpful and really educated me on what was right and wrong for my dog. She was extremely professional, educated, and very friendly! I will definitely be a returning customer! ��

Absolutely terrible place. She cut my dog's stomach and only cut her whiskers down to the skin after that. She must have stopped after she cut the dog. When I asked why her hair was not cut, she said " That's the length she likes it at ". She said she needs to cut her whiskers that short so she doesn't get dirty when she eats. Then she said that the dog must have gotten cut somewhere else. She wasn't bleeding when I brought her in. My dog was very scared when I picked her up.Dont bring your pet here.
