Fraud scammers, all the above. They don’t replace anything that brakes, or malfunctions. They just put a bandaid on it. Mold grows from bathroom window constantly because they just paint over it. Cockroach problem. They over charge in rent and edit the balances on the transcript sheet so you end up paying more then you have to. I even showed them proof and they did not want to look at it
They don’t care about their tenants. They use cheap appliances and you will wait forever for them to fix it. They just fix and fix, they never give you anything new when you really need it. They do not have any consideration and have very poor customer service skills. They only have one person fixing stuff for hundreds of people in the building. The quality of living here is a joke. Trust me it is not worth it.
Seems to be that this business doesn’t like dealing with folks that don’t look like them or speak their first language, in the bronx of all of all places! I work with hundreds of people. Don’t waste your time as they are rude.
