Hung is very knowledgable and willing to help. I came by having issues with my shower head. After checking at home, it turns out the issue was the hose part that's broken. I brought it over to them again, expecting to buy a hose from them. He asked me when I purchased the shower system and advised me to give the manufacturer a call as I should be able to get a replacement for free under warranty. He even provided me the number and replacement part number. Very nice of him.
They are extremely knowledgeable of finish plumbing fixtures and fittings. Good technical and practical advice besides the usual decorative focus.
The best local place to get quality plumbing supplies at competitive price - PLUS - a very knowledgeable owner who would give alternatives. Able to secure parts on plumbing fixtures that I obtained from this store from over 20 years ago. Thank you, Hung!
