Naria puts customers on hold for over 20 minutes saying they are checking on pigmentation with management. I had to hang up and call back just to be told that no one is checking on my request. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, she says thay she is the only one at the store and no one will speak with me regardless of what I said. They promised to sell me color pigmentation and then completely deny their promises. This store sucks specially, the people they think they are more than others. Please don’t go to the store.

My wife and I visited this store and she fell in love with one of the sample walls. An employee told us the exact products we would need to achieve the same appearance. We hired a reputable contractor to apply the product and it did not match the wall. The color we received was much darker than the sample wall. I have reached out to the general manager regarding the issue and I never received a response. I will not purchase from this establishment again.
