I have been using their commercial services for years and have always been very satisfied with the level of service. These people are professionals I highly recommend them.
Called for an appointment and got a corporate Ehrlich menu system, then a corporate operator who couldn't make an appointment nor connect me with the scheduler. Corporate run-around. When the scheduler did call, I had already found a real local pest control company to do the work. I told them that and would not need them. Then today some corporate clown called and woke me up. Not happy with them. Pass and find a real local company.
