I've used L-One twice now for a fridge repair and a dishwasher repair. Both times they quickly provided arrival windows and arrived promptly. Diagnosed and fixed both issues on the same day.
L-one is the most amazing appliance repair company I have ever seen. I called them to fix my Maytag Neptune dryer...supposedly the best dryer on the market...... but it suddenly stopped working. Nik came over and determined the control board was malfunctioning, and found out that they are no longer made..... but instead of telling me to buy a new dryer, he takes the board back to his shop...... and rebuilds it himself..... hahahahah... unbelievable.... he brings it back the next day.... and presto.... the dryer works better ... read more
