We have worked with L & O for many, many years. Always great service. Accurate info about what is needed, timeline for work to be done. We only trust L & O. And Jovany is our favorite specialist.
Used L&O a couple times and wlll keep using. Very proffesional and on time. Serviced my A.C system and helped sove my problem. Will definitely be recommending them
We tried getting help today when a rat got into our AC unit, the women on the phone was not helpful when talking to my elderly grandmother... when we left a voice message this morning to call us back to verify what my grandmother was told... no one got back to us.... and now it’s Friday night after 7:00pm. I’m not impressed by the customer service... disappointing... would’ve appreciated call back.
