Literally such a nice guy. And really great work. My carpets were filthy and he did not make me feel bad. He just cleaned them and worked magic. I could not be more thrilled and will definitely use him again. Thanks. Definitely made the right choice and it was because of his great reviews.
I had a scheduled carpet cleaning with another carpet cleaning service. After moving everything off the floors and onto beds, into closets, into bathrooms, etc. so the carpets could be cleaned, the other company did not show up. By now it was late Saturday afternoon and I was still waiting around for this other company. Later it turned out they had a reason for which they apologized, but they never even bothered to call. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I really appreciated his quick responses.
The technician did a great job cleaning my carpets and couches, and the price was reasonable for what I asked him to do. He was prompt, responsive, flexible with my need to change the time, and polite. My carpets and couches look great now. The whole process was easy and pleasant throughout, and I appreciated that he left a fan for me to dry the carpets, and stopped by to pick it up the next day. Would definitely hire him again.
