I had a flat tire, so I went to L&M to get a replacement. They said they could plug the tire, and it saved me $70!!! They were so incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend!
My wife's car had a slow leak - and I remembered seeing this place on West Boylston St driving by one day. I figured I would stop in and see if they could take a look at the tire and see if it could be fixed! The guys were great - they had someone else in front of me but got my car in right away, diagnosed the issue and had me in and out in just under an hour - found a small metal shard lodged in the tire - plugged it and sent me on my way. The guys working there was super friendly and excellent to deal with!
Quick service, came late, got a reasonable offer to fix my leaking air tire and a detailed explanation of what was causing the leak, it was the valve itself. No wait, good price.
Very poor service. The person in the office is terrible, rude, and speaks and responds very poorly. Learn to serve people first for the future. I don't know if the person inside is the owner or a manager. There are classes on manners, learn to speak to customers with respect and kindness. Terrible place!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
