I’m absolutely thrilled that L&M took over! Gail and Kim are incredible—so friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to keep tenants updated at every step of the maintenance process. Plus, Jonah has been lightning quick in handling all my requests! I'm really impressed and excited about this new experience!
Fantastic Management! They are on top of getting things done as quickly as possible. By quickly I mean FAST! Keeping up with Maintenance work and taking care of problems/concerns/etc of properties they manage! They are by far THE BEST!!! Everyone is very nice and very helpful! Thank you L & M Properties!
Horrible company, totally unprofessional do not return your calls inept , and lying to the client is normal procedure. All I ask is is my heat to work, to have water come out of my pipes, and air conditioning. Let’s me ask you, is that unreasonable?
