My mom & I went into the pharmacy at separate times. We both were unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. We stood at the counter, no line, for at least 5 mins & no one ever greeted us. I’m understanding it’s under new ownership now, which explains a lot. If you are going to sell CBD oil & “highly recommend” it, maybe educate yourself on what’s best for the consumer. Great staff. Always friendly and the ladies always do what ever they can to help you get what you need. I watched Christy help a man find a pharmacy to fill a prescription that they couldn’t fill cause of this certain kind of medicine. She and the pharmacist figured out what it was exactly and found the pharmacy in Lafayette and gave him the number to call. Now that’s caring about the customer not just the bottom line. That’s who I want to do business with.

Great People... Diligently followed thru with making sure I received my medicine, and got refunds when insurance company wouldn't pay... phone call after phone call, they never gave up.. THANKS L&M..
